S&P Brisley were excellent. They kept me up to date on everything, they were extremely helpful when I had to contact them. The fact they collect and drop back the car was really helpful. The repair was done very well.

Helpful, friendly staff who gave me clear information about the repair process and how long this would take. Regular texts kept me updated on progress and S and P Brisley liaised with the courtesy car company . I cannot fault the service given and my car was returned in pristine condition.

Even though the repairs required took much longer than anticipated this was due to the difficulty in obtaining the parts required and not the fault of Brisley’s. They were excellent in keeping me informed at every stage of the repair and the end result was faultless. It was difficult to if not impossible to see where the damage had been. Excellent service excellent repair, extremely satisfied with every aspect of the way, what for my wife was very traumatic, that this accident was dealt with. Thank you.

Dear Sir

I collected my car today after having had the front wing and doors repaired following an accident. I came to you because you are an approved repairer for Churchill Insurance and because you provided a courtesy car while the work was being done.

I expected the work to be done competently and it was, although in fact I would expect this from anybody on a list of approved repairers. What I was not expecting was the courtesy and efficiency of your reception and customer services staff. From the moment I first contacted you, my hand was held along the journey. Your regular updates by text told me exactly how things were progressing and when it was time to arrange collection a number of phone calls made certain my expectation were managed and I didn’t wait any longer than necessary.
However it was not just the efficiency which impressed me but that I was dealt with by staff who obviously get enormous satisfaction from getting it so right. That shows a customer service culture which is all too rare these days.

Following a recent accident your company was the designated repair centre used By LV who insure my vehicle. I just wanted to comment on your service, the whole experience was one of professionalism. Your staff were courteous and helpful, I was updated with advice as to when to expect the job to be completed. When advised as to when to expect to have my car collected and the courtesy car delivered this was carried out at the agreed times.

It is very unusual these days to find a company that completes a job on time and that keeps the customer so well informed. I have contacted LV to express my delight at no only the standard of repair but the quality of ALL the staff that I have spoken to. You should be very proud of your team.

I cannot let superb service in every aspect go unrecognised. Unfortunately I have had to use Brisleys twice in 3 months and cannot fault every aspect of my experience with your company. Your staff should be congratulated for the way in which they repaired my Peugeot.

I was especially impressed by the speed in which the matter was dealt with. The chap collecting the car was brilliant and then your staff kept me well informed of what was going on. They explained the problems regarding the acquisition of spare parts from Peugeot and dealt with everything in a most efficient manner. This constant communication was appreciated and helped me through a difficult period. The courtesy car which you provided was also excellent.

 The incident that caused the damage was my worst driving experience in more than fifty years of motoring and was made more painful by the main Peugeot dealer (KAP) not being in position to provide support or even offer advice about whether my car was safe to drive. Your staff reacted instantly by telling me on the telephone not to drive the car and they sent a breakdown van to collect it. This was much appreciated. Not only was the damage repaired but the car came back looking like new. This really was a most pleasant surprise. 

If you get a few moments please send your staff to KAP to teach people there how to deal with distressed customers who are suffering from shock. Your staff did this exceedingly well.

I would just like to thank you for the excellent service I received from your company recently in connection with repairs to my Mazda. Mr Brisley and a lady driver collected my vehicle from home – they were punctual and very helpful. I also received good customer service from the girls in the office. It was easy to check progress re the repairs with the online vehicle tracker – I found the ‘dashboard’ very helpful and the repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently.

Altogether a very good experience after the ‘trauma’ of having somebody drive into the back of my car!!
