Do we work weekends?

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00. We are closed on bank holidays.

How long will the repair to my vehicle take?

We allow 7-10 working days, an estimated completion date is sent once the vehicle arrives on site.

Do you collect and deliver to work addresses?

Yes, as long as your work address is covered within our postcode ranges.

Should I remove my personal belongings from my vehicle prior to repair/collection?
Yes, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are within the vehicle during the repair process.
Who is responsible for deeming my vehicle an un-economical repair?

Your insurance company and their engineers will decide if the vehicle has reached a cost that deems a vehicle a total loss.


Why has my estimated completion date changed?

There may be many factors that contribute to a change of estimated completion including part delays, additional damage found or further time required with your vehicle.

How much will the repair cost?

Please contact your insurance provider who will be able to assist in answering this query.  We are unable to provide this information.
