Thank you for your excellent service, l will definitely give you 10/10. The work you did was extremely thorough, carried out to a very high standard with no corners cut. Very professional work.My car hasn’t been so clean for ages. Thank you for using the door mirror selection switch, l have had my car for almost three years and I hadn’t noticed how to disable the automatic door mirrors. I wondered why the door mirrors weren’t closing when I locked the car after I collected it. It is a relief that they don’t keep opening and closing whenever you need to get something from the car.I will leave an excellent review on Facebook.

I have had to deal with S & P Brisley twice in the last few months due to separate insurance claims. The process was made so much easier by the communication from them – Debbie in reception is wonderful, friendly and always happy to help. The allocation of a courtesy car was quick and they dropped it off and collected my car my work address, letting me know exactly when to expect them. Kev has done this both times and he is kind and helpful.

The text updates are really useful too, it meant I knew what was happening at every stage. The car has come back immaculate both times, with excellent workmanship fixing the body work.

Our insurers recommended SP Brisley to repair our car. I requested that our vehicle to be sent to Kia as I was sceptical. But our insurers assured me that SP Brisley was a recommended repair of Kia motor vehicles so I agreed to go ahead.

Our badly damaged Kia EV6 was collected efficiently and was loaded onto the vehicle with precision so as not to cause any further damage. I received regular updates from SP Brisley, keeping me fully informed of the progress and of any delays that occurred. I cannot fault the service given by SP Brisley and I am known for my high standards and attention to detail. Our car was returned in pristine condition, clean and smelling as fresh as the day we bought it, which was just a few months ago. I checked the vehicle meticulously and until today cannot find any fault. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to repair any customers car and would like to thank everybody who assisted with repair and the efficient communications.
